Formulation Intent (Rogadhikara): Mutrakricchra (Dysuria), Mutraghata (Urinary retention), and Ashmari (Urolithiasis).

Target Dosha: Primarily Vata-Kapha Shamana. It counteracts the Ruksha (dry) guna of Vata that causes stone crystallization and the Picchila (sticky) guna of Kapha that forms the stone matrix.

Dushya/Srotas: Mutravaha Srotas; Vrikka (Kidney) and Basti (Bladder).

Rogamarga: Abhyantara (Internal).

The formation of Ashmari (Stones) and Mutrakricchra (UTI/Painful urination) follows this path:

• Vata-Vriddhi: Excessive dryness in the Basti (Bladder) causes minerals to precipitate.
• Kapha-Sanga: Kapha acts as a binding agent, turning "sand" into "stones."
• Srotorodha: Stones block the flow of urine, leading to pressure and pain.
• Pitta-Dusti: Stagnant urine breeds infection, causing Daha (burning) and Paka (pus/inflammation).

How Sewa Kruston interrupts this:

• Step 1 (Bhedana): Pasanbhed and Mulikshar chemically and mechanically disintegrate the stone into smaller particles (Sharkara).
• Step 2 (Lekhana): Varun and Kulthi "scrape" the urinary walls to ensure no residual gravel remains.
• Step 3 (Anulomana & Mutrala): Gokhru and Punarnava increase urine volume to flush out the broken particles.
• Step 4 (Shamana): Jethimadh and Makoi coat the urinary lining, instantly relieving the burning sensation.

Precautions: Due to the presence of Ksharas (Alkalies), monitor patients with sensitive gastric mucosa for mild hyperacidity.
