How to compare products on 3pmCIRCLE™?

Online there is an option to check specification of products supplied by different manufacturers.
For Physical verification only medicinal practitioners can ask for free samples before bulk purchase.

Can I customize a formulation for a patient?
Yes. 3pmCIRCLE™ offers a Custom Formulation Builder, where you can select herbs, specify proportions, choose the dosage form (churna, vati, lepa, oil, etc.) & Quantity. Our backend team of Ayurvedic pharmacists & manufacturers will prepare and ship the formulation after verification.

How does 3pmCIRCLE™ ensure product quality?
All manufacturers on the platform are GMP-certified and AYUSH-licensed. Products are sourced from verified facilities with batch-level tracking, testing documentation, and packaging standards.

Can I buy medicines in bulk for self-dispensing?
Absolutely. You can order medicines like churnas, vatis, oils, ghritas, asavas, etc. in bulk packs (500g, 1kg, 100 tablets) at doctor-special prices, with options for clinic branding.

Do I need a pharmacy license to dispense medicines from my clinic?
As per Indian regulations, Ayurvedic doctors can dispense Ayurvedic medicines directly from their clinics without a retail drug license—provided they are dispensing to their own patients and not selling commercially.

What kind of support do I get while designing a custom formulation?
Our in-house Ayurvedic pharmacy experts review every custom formula for ingredients compatibility, dosage safety, legal compliance and practical formulation feasibility at free of cost.

Can I reorder my custom formulation?
Yes. Once a formulation is approved and created, it is saved in your account. You can reorder with one click—with the same packaging and formulation specs.

Can I track my orders?
Yes. Your doctor dashboard includes live order tracking, dispatch updates, and automated invoice downloads. You’ll also receive SMS and email notifications at every step.

Can I get medicines with my clinic’s name and branding?
Yes, we offer customized packaging options for bulk self-dispensing medicines. You can add your clinic name, dosage instructions, and contact info to create a professional patient experience.

Is there a subscription fee to use the platform?
Currently, registration is free during the pre-launch phase for first few 1000 doctors. Once we go live, we will offer flexible subscription plans with value-added features like priority support, early access to new products, and discounts.

Are my formulations remain confidential?
Yes. We sign NDAs with our backend manufacturing partners, and all custom formulations are treated as strictly confidential. Your formula is linked to your doctor ID and not visible to others.

How do I get started?
Simply fill out the pre-registration form with your qualification, contact details, and clinic info. Once verified, you’ll receive early access to explore the platform and start using our services.

I have an idea for an Ayurvedic product. Where should I start?
Start by identifying the purpose or health focus of your product (e.g., digestion, immunity, skin health). Once your idea is clear, our experts can help design a suitable Ayurvedic formulation and guide you through the compliance and manufacturing process.

Can I create my own unique Ayurvedic formulation?
Yes. You can either choose from classical text-based formulations, modify existing combinations, or design your own custom proprietary formula using ingredients allowed under the Ayurvedic pharmacopoeia. Our team ensures it complies with regulations.

Do I need an Ayurvedic license to launch my brand?
If you’re working with a licensed third-party manufacturer, you do not need your own manufacturing license. You only need a branding/marketing agreement with the manufacturer and an FSSAI license or trade license depending on the product category.

How much does it cost to launch a basic product line?
For 2–3 products, your starting investment can range between ₹6 to ₹8 lakhs, depending on MOQ, packaging, and complexity of formulation.

How long does it take to manufacture and dispatch my first batch?

Formulation finalization: 3–7 days
Design approval: 3–5 days
Manufacturing + Testing: 15–30 days

So, your first batch can be ready in 30–45 days.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for third-party manufacturing?

Tablets/Vati: 50,000–2,00,000 Tablets
Churna: 100–200 kg
Syrups: 2,000–3,000 bottles

Some manufacturers offer low MOQ batches for startups.

How is third-party manufacturing different from contract manufacturing?
In third-party manufacturing, the manufacturer makes products under your brand name using their own license. In contract manufacturing, you may provide raw materials or formula, but the manufacturing license still belongs to the manufacturer.

Can I export my Ayurvedic products?
Yes, but exports require additional documentation depending on the target country. We can guide you or connect you with export facilitators.

Will I get help with designing the label and marketing material?
Yes. We offer label compliance checks. You can design your label with your own creativity while meeting legal standards.

Do I need to get product testing or certification done?
Testing is handled by the manufacturer as per AYUSH norms. You can request COA (Certificate of Analysis) for each batch.

Can I create white-label products from existing formulations?
Yes. 3pmCIRCLE™ offers ready-made formulations for immunity, detox, etc., which can be rebranded with your packaging. Ideal for a faster market launch.

Who can list products on 3pmCIRCLE™?
Only GMP-certified Ayurvedic manufacturers. Marketing-only companies or FSSAI-only license holders are not allowed.

What kind of marketing support do you offer?
Doctor outreach, webinars, and conference exposure. In-platform marketing will be rolled out later.

Who decides pricing?
You do. You can list multiple pack sizes and pricing tiers. Classical medicines are limited to bulk packs for now.

What documentation is required to register?
AYUSH license, GMP cert, GST, product list with labels, PAN, bank details.

Can I list products with different pack sizes?
Yes. You can offer size options (10g, 50g, 100g, 500g, 1kg) for each SKU.

How do I get paid?
Orders are settled post-delivery or via escrow in case of contracts.

Can I sell under my own brand?
Yes. All your listed products show your brand and license details.

How are logistics handled?
You may self-dispatch or use 3pm CIRCLE logistics (coming soon). Shipping terms are pre-agreed.

Can I offer special discounts or promotions?
Yes. Run deals or combo offers via your dashboard. Highlighted in “Deals for Retailers”.

Can I exit the platform anytime?
Yes. Deactivate listings anytime after fulfilling current orders.

Is there a subscription fee to use the platform?
Yes, minimal monthly fee for entrepreneurs. Check latest fee while registering.
