Common Name: Isabgol, Isabgul, Psyllium, Blond Psyllium, Spogel Seeds, Isapgul, Utthamujeerun, Isabgol, Ishappukol, Iskolviraat, Isapagala.

Part Used: Seed Husk, Seeds.

Dose: 3 - 6 gm or as directed by the physician

Rasa - Madhura

Guna - Snigdha, Picchila

Virya -Sheeta

Vipaka - Madhura

Karma - Vata-Pitta Shamaka, Anulomana, Sransana, Grahi, Balya.
